General Return Policy
Items purchased at full price from Bebeaulait.com are returnable for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any defects must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.
Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Promotional Item Return Policy
Any promotional items received with the purchase of the product returned must also be returned. If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item's value from your refund.
Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Bebeaulait.com
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
How to return items purchased from Bebeaulait.com
- Login and select 'My Account' then 'Contact Support'
- Write 'Return Request' as the subject
- In the 'Message' field, please indicate
- Your name
- Original sales order number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
- If you would like to return for a refund or an exchange.
- To better help us serve you in the future, please give a reason for your return.
You will be contacted via e-mail within 2 business days with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to complete the return.
Once you receive a return authorization number, please send your return to:

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable method from a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Bebe au Lait is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return/exchange qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.
If you are returning product for a refund:
Please be sure to include
- Your Return Authorization number on the outside and inside packaging
- Your contact information (in case we have a need to reach you about you return)
- If applicable, any promotional items you may have received with the purchase of the product being returned. (If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item's value from your refund.)
That's it! Once the original item(s) are received at Bebe Au Lait, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Bebe Au Lait to refund your credit card upon receipt.
If you are returning product for an exchange:
Please be sure to include
- Your Return Authorization number on the outside and inside packaging
- Your contact/shipping information (in case we have a need to reach you about you return)
- If applicable, any promotional items you may have received with the purchase of the product being returned. (If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item's value from your refund.)
- The item(s) you are exchanging for. Many write this in the memo area of the check.
- A check for $6.95 shipping + any price difference made out to Bebe au Lait.
That's it! Once the original item(s) + shipping payment are received at Bebe Au Lait we will ship your replacement back out to you. At this time you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
